Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation. Our cancellation and refund terms are kept fair, clear, and consistent across every booking channel.

OTA Bookings

Booking.com, Airbnb & other external travel agencies

  • Guests booking via external Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the standard check-in time.

Direct Website Bookings — Standard Guests

Rs. 500 refundable deposit, collected via Razorpay

  • To confirm a booking through our website, a nominal deposit of Rs. 500 is collected upfront via Razorpay.
  • To receive a full refund of this deposit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation by directly contacting our front desk / reception.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the deposit being forfeited / charged.

Direct Website Bookings — Verified Returning Guests

Rs. 0 / No-Deposit booking privilege

  • Returning guests, systematically verified by our internal PMS, enjoy a Rs. 0 / No-Deposit booking privilege on the website.
  • They must still cancel at least 24 hours prior via our call centre / reception. Failure to do so will result in a Rs. 500 no-show charge automatically levied onto their next visit.

How to Cancel & Receive a Refund

Requesting a cancellation: All direct website cancellations must be made by contacting our front desk / reception directly — by phone at +91 8606655043 or email at support@greenbayretreats.com. Self-service online profile cancellations are not supported.

Refund processing: Approved deposit refunds are processed back to the original Razorpay payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Extenuating circumstances: For cancellations due to severe medical emergencies, travel bans, or natural disasters, please contact us with supporting documentation. Exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
