How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A modern keyless digital entry system is utilized. Secure access RFID cards will be generated and issued immediately upon physical registration at the 24-hour property reception desk.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, Green Bay Retreats offers secure private parking on the premises, free of charge for all registered guests. The parking lot is monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
What is the policy for extra beds and guests?
Our Premium Balcony Studio accommodates up to 2 guests, and our Luxury Executive Studio (Extra Large) accommodates up to 2 guests. A single extra cot/crib can be provided upon request for a small charge, subject to availability. Please coordinate with our team in advance.
Do you have high-speed Wi-Fi?
Absolutely. Every corner of our property features high-speed Gigabit Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work, video calls, or high-definition streaming.
What amenities are included in the kitchenettes?
Each suite features a premium barista station, electric kettle, selection of teas and coffees, refrigerator, microwave, and basic glassware. Chef utensils are provided in the Executive suites.
