Please read these terms carefully. By making a reservation or staying at Green Bay Retreats, you agree to comply with these regulations.
Rental Policies & Agreement
1 Check-in & Check-out Times
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out extensions are strictly subject to availability and prior confirmation with the management.
2 Occupancy Limits
Each studio has a strict maximum capacity of 2 guests. Unregistered overnight visitors are not permitted on the property without prior registration with the guest relation team.
3 House Rules & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM to ensure comfort for all residents. Parties, events, or gatherings of any form are strictly prohibited.
4 Smoking & Fire Safety
All indoor spaces, including guest suites and common corridors, are 100% smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor zones. Violations will result in a cleaning recovery fee of ₹10,000.
5 Liability for Damage
Guests are held fully responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage of furniture, fittings, or structure caused during their stay. Charges will be levied post-inspection.
6 Check-in Credentials
All checking-in guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, driving license) for registration compliance under local law.
